Rates

The cost for a comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation is $600. Each subsequent session consists of BOTH Psychotherapy AND medication management and is $250.  If you are seeing either our licensed therapists, Jillian Jackson, LCSW the fee will be $150 for a 50 minute session.

Insurance

We are currently working on accepting several insurance providers so please provide your insurance plan, name and date of birth of the policy holder, billing address and all relevant numbers included on the front of the insurance card as well as the providers contact number located on the back of the card.  If we are able to process your payment thru your insurance we will gladly do so.

We would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
